Usage agreement and exchange and return policy

Article 8 - Payment and settlement services for stores in ( Nabila Nazer ):

Article Thirteen - Restriction of Access or Membership:

Article Fourteen - Replacement Policy:

Without prejudice to the agreement and statutory guarantee provisions, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by (Nabila Nazer) within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after the seven days have passed.
In order to replace the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition, and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and (Nabila Nazer) has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.
The customer must enter the name of the recipient and the delivery address correctly, and in the event that there is an error in the address or contact numbers, this may cause the shipment to be delayed or not delivered, or additional fees may be imposed by the shipping company or the delivery representative.
If the delivery was free, then it is for one time, and the customer bears the cost of shipping the exchange and return to our headquarters.
The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

If the product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

Article Fifteen - Return Policy:

2. To return the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition, and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and (Nabila Nazer) has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

· If the product is video tapes, CDs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.

If the product is newspapers, magazines, pamphlets, books, or anything else that is considered a work.

· If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's improper possession.

· If the contract deals with the provision of accommodation, transportation or catering services.

· If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.

4. If the provisions of the mentioned return policy are met; The consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product to (Nabila Nazer) with a refund of the amount paid.

Article Sixteen - Applicable Law or Regulation:

This User Agreement is governed and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is completely and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Seventeen - General Provisions:

In the event that any incoming material or clause in this usage agreement is canceled or there is any incoming material or any clause in the usage agreement that is no longer enforceable, such an order does not revoke the validity of the rest of the articles, clauses and provisions contained in the usage agreement and it remains in effect until notice Another from (Nabila Nazer) management.

3. The promotional or marketing offers that (Nabila Nazer) may place are temporary offers, as (Nabila Nazer) has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.

4. The parties to this agreement are obligated to deal with each other in a manner that does not violate the legal rules, regulations, and applicable laws related to the nature of the interaction between (Nabila Nazer) and the user.

5. This usage agreement is only canceled by a decision issued by the administration (Nabila Nazer).
